Boston Wedding Photography Offer FAQ
This year, we're trying something a little different by offering free Wedding Photography Coverage* for Boston-area brides. By now you've noticed the little asterisk that keeps popping up and have figured out that there are some rules and restrictions that will apply. To help guide our clients through the narrowly-tailored and legalistic minefield we've accidentally created, we wrote a FAQ.
Q: What is Free Boston Wedding Photography Coverage?
A: Pretty much what is says on the tin. Ryan Richardson Photography will photograph your wedding for free with up to 8 hours of continuous coverage.
Q: Really?
A: Yes, really.
Q: So what's the catch?
A: While coverage is free, delivery is not. So if you want albums, prints or digital files then you're going to have to give us money. After you receive your online gallery link we can either set up an in-person sales session or you can order online. You don't have to buy anything and there's no minimum order.
Q: Are there any other exceptions?
A: Several.
- This offer does not include an associate photographer.
- This offer does not include destination weddings or weddings outside our usual coverage area (which is roughly a triangle between Boston, Providence and Barnstable).
- Coverage typically consists of eight continuous hours on your wedding day.
- This offer does not include engagement or bridal sessions
- We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for this offer at our sole discretion
Q: Why?
A: A couple of reasons. The first is to try and do something a little different to stand out from the pack and get people thinking about us when they're thinking about Boston Wedding Photography. Apart from that, there are a lot of horror stories out there about wedding photography, so we want to have clients feeling more confident about picking Ryan Richardson Photography for their New England Wedding.
Q: Why not a money back guarantee?
A: We thought about that, but one of our goals was to stand out from the crowd and do something a little different.
Q: Why doesn't anyone else offer this?
A: Probably because it's more of a marketing idea than it is a business idea. From a practical standpoint it's always best to get the money as soon as possible. With weddings in particular, the perception is that couples are freer with their cash before the wedding than they are after.
Q: How do we take advantage of this deal?
A: You have until March 31, 2014 to book your wedding under this scheme and all you have to do is contact us and we'll work out all the details.
